1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of KW Training's services, including our website, training courses, and related materials. By accessing our website, booking a course, or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our services.

2. Definitions

In these Terms:

• "KW Training," "we," "our," or "us" refers to KW Training, a company registered in England and Wales.
• "Client," "you," or "your" refers to any individual or organization that books or participates in our training courses or uses our services.
• "Course" refers to any training program, workshop, or educational service provided by KW Training.
• "Materials" refers to any documents, presentations, handouts, or digital content provided as part of our courses.

3. Course Bookings

3.1 Booking Confirmation

Course bookings are confirmed upon receipt of a completed booking form and payment or purchase order. We reserve the right to decline any booking at our discretion.

3.2 Payment Terms

Payment for courses must be made in full prior to the course start date unless alternative arrangements have been agreed in writing. For corporate clients, we may accept purchase orders with payment due within 30 days of invoice date.

3.3 Price and Taxes

All prices are quoted in British Pounds (GBP) and are inclusive of VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change our prices at any time, but changes will not affect bookings already confirmed.

4. Cancellations and Rescheduling

4.1 Cancellation by Client

Cancellations must be made in writing to info@krissafetytraining.co.uk. The following cancellation charges apply:

• More than 14 days before the course: Full refund or free rescheduling
• 7-14 days before the course: 50% of the course fee or rescheduling fee of £50 per person
• Less than 7 days before the course: No refund, full course fee payable

4.2 Non-attendance

If you fail to attend a course without prior notice, the full course fee remains payable with no refund.

4.3 Substitutions

You may substitute another person to attend a course in your place at no additional cost, provided we are notified in writing at least 24 hours before the course start date.

4.4 Cancellation by KW Training

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule courses due to unforeseen circumstances, low enrollment, or events beyond our control. In such cases, we will offer you the choice of a full refund or transfer to an alternative course date. Our liability is limited to the refund of paid course fees.

5. Course Attendance and Certification

5.1 Attendance Requirements

Participants must attend the full duration of the course to receive certification. Late arrival or early departure may result in certification being withheld.

5.2 Participant Conduct

Participants are expected to conduct themselves professionally and respectfully during courses. We reserve the right to remove any participant whose behavior is disruptive, inappropriate, or poses a safety risk, with no refund.

5.3 Certification

Certificates will be issued to participants who successfully complete the course and meet all assessment criteria. Replacement certificates can be issued for a fee of £25 per certificate.

6. Health and Safety

Participants must comply with all health and safety instructions provided during courses. For practical courses, participants must wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) as specified in the course information.

7. Intellectual Property

All materials provided during courses remain the intellectual property of KW Training or our licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from these materials without our prior written consent.

8. Data Protection

We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws. By booking a course, you consent to our collection and processing of your personal data for course administration, certification, and regulatory compliance.

9. Limitation of Liability

Our total liability to you for any loss or damage arising in connection with our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the relevant course. We shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or special losses.

10. Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform our obligations due to events outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, government actions, or industrial disputes.

11. Website Use

11.1 Accuracy of Information

While we make every effort to ensure the accuracy of information on our website, we do not guarantee that it is error-free or complete. We reserve the right to correct any errors or omissions.

11.2 Links to Third-Party Websites

Our website may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of these websites and do not endorse them.

12. Changes to Terms
